SUPPORT TEAM:
TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering general telephone calls and greeting visitors
- Processing state mailings
- Preparing and shipping Federal Express packages
- Photocopying and faxing documents
- Setting-up in-house meetings, ordering of AV, and food arrangements
- Providing administrative support for national membership conferences
- Supporting other team members with their committee meetings and conferences
- Offering executive assistance when necessary
- Assisting callers with Workforce ATM questions/issues, offering recommendations for website improvements
- Providing all necessary support for various CESER projects - including mailings, meeting arrangement, etc. Supporting appropriate CESER contractors
- Identifying supply needs and when appropriate ordering office supplies
- Offering recommendations for workflow process improvements
- Assisting state members in opening WorkforceATM accounts
- Assisting state members in registering for meetings

- Coordinates background materials and briefing packages for national membership meetings and other national workgroups as assigned
- Offers meeting support -- including, but not limited to: packages, name tents, meeting receipts, and mailings for the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Committee, Interstate Benefits (IB) Subcommittee, and the UI Information Technology Support Center (ITSC) Steering Committee.
- Offers administrative support for assigned committees' annual conferences, such as but not limited to: National UI Directors and Legal Issues Forum, Biennial UI Integrity Conference, Biennial National UI Tax Conference, and the Biennial Interstate Benefits Conference.
- Conducts special projects such as developing: databases, spreadsheets, charts and graphs for presentations.

- Offers administrative support for assigned committees' annual conferences and for Board meetings
- Offers conference support for Winter Policy Forum
- Orders supplies and helps maintain photocopier and fax machines
- Contact person for maintaining service needs for photocopier and fax machines
- Preparation of contents for Board boxes sent for all Board Meetings
- Manages office's water supply

- Coordinates awards process and Salute to Leadership brochure for NASWA Annual Conference.
- Offers meeting support -- including, but not limited to: packages, name tents, meeting receipts, and mailings for the Workforce Employment and Training (WET) Committee, the WIA Attorney's Workgroup, the Veterans' Affairs (VETs) Committee, and the Administration & Finance (A&F) Committee
- Provides assistance to the hosting state for the NASWA Annual Conference
- Provides support to the National Labor Exchange
- Oversees management of printers
- Coordinates shipment of Winter Policy Forum and Annual Conference materials
- Assist NASWA Executive Director with meetings for the National Academy of Social Insurance
- Assists Executive Director in coordination and production of Board of Director's books
- Mails/Distributes Board of Director's books to Membership
