USDOL Releases Proposed H-2B Rule A new USDOL proposal to amend regulations regarding employment of temporary, nonagricultural foreign laborers under the H-2B visa program was published March 21st in the Federal Register. Many of the proposed changes are similar to proposed regulations released in February for the H-2A agricultural visa program. (7/10/08)
