Legislation Introduced To Expand Job Training For Veterans Legislation has been introduced in the House by Representative Rosa L. DeLauro (D-CT) to expand college job training and apprenticeship opportunities for Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans. The legislation would expand the Post-9/11 G.I.
