    EUC Bill Signed Into Law
    Legislation passed the House and Senate last week that would extend unemployment benefits by up to 14 additional weeks in all 50 states, and up to 20 weeks in states with a three-month average unemployment rate of at least 8.5 percent.  (11/10/09)
